ORDERING AND SHIPPING

Where does BUDJ ship?

We ship pretty much everywhere across this wonderful planet we live on. However, at this point we are unable to deliver to Hong Kong. Our plan is to be able to ship anywhere with no exceptions, so please stay tuned, as we are coming for ya!

So at check out, right after you give us your shipping address, you will be able to select the best carrier and rate of shipping for your location. Just pick one that suits you best and shazaaam the deal is sealed!

Can you ship for free?

We don’t at the moment. But we are planning to introduce free shipping options on bigger orders in the nearest future for sure.

When will my order ship?

After you receive an email with your order confirmation, we ask you to allow 1-2 days for us to pick and pack your order. You will get an email with your tracking number as soon is your order ships.

Where is my order shipping from?

We are shipping from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

How long will it take to get my much awaited order to me?

It depends on which option you picked at checkout. We work with the most reliable logistics companies on the market, but delays of 1-3 days happen sometimes due to circumstances out of our control. We understand how frustrating it can be, so please feel free to share your concerns with us over email at sendhelp@budj.com, we will hear you out and try to fix whatever happened. Just remember, we love you.

Do you do gift cards?

Not at the moment, but this is what we definitely have cooking for you. We don’t mean to sound cocky, but who would say no to a gift from our beautiful assortment?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you guys do returns?

We are so sorry the purchase didn’t work out. At the moment we are still working on the technical side of things to do returns as quickly and efficiently for all of us. We are able to arrange returns from most countries of the world, but there might be some restrictions. Also, some items are not eligible for returns at all. And when you do return your order, all of the pieces must be in virgin condition with all the labels and inside the plastic bags that they were shipped in. Sorry for being bad cops over here, but we have to. Anyway, please give us a shout at sendhelp@budj.com and we can work things out!

Do you guys do exchanges at all?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges at this point. But we do plan to develop this part of the game in the future.

PAYMENTS

Mistakes happen, so we are here to cooperate, and obviously we are more than ready to pay you back for valid reasons. Please note that even though we live in a fast paced world, it will take us some time to process your refund, because your return has to get to us first and then we have to put everything through our system. We really appreciate your patience!

What currencies do you accept?

All of our prices are in USD, but it doesn’t matter which currency your card is in. If it’s not in USD, your bank will convert the currency of your card and charge in USD. Please check with your bank what the conversion rate is.

Can I change the currency I’m shopping in?

Not at the moment, no. But we are definitely planning to start offering many more shopping options to our customers as we grow (fingers crossed).

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept card payments. We support MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diner’s Club, JCB and Discover both credit and debit. We do plant to integrate more payment systems in the future so that you have more options! We don’t accept bank transfers or checks though, sorry about that.

When will you take my money?

Your card will be charged as soon as you hit that ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.

What can I do if my card got declined?

Dang, that’s annoying af. This can happen for a number of reasons. Please check that you entered all the correct credit card info and billing address. Also, please check the expiry date of your card. If there are definitely no reasons for your card not working, do get in touch with us at plshelp@budj.com or over live chat on the website so we can look into it and see what we can do.

How should I care for the stuff I bought at BUDJ?

Well, clothes have needs too you know. We offer different products made of different materials and there is no one-method-fits-all kinda thing, so you will have to consult the ‘fabric & care’ section on the product page or consult the label for more details.

I have a question about a product, what do I do?

Shopping online can be a workout itself. We should know. But we are working very hard to create the best experience for you. My code isn’t working, what the heck?

We are so sorry about that. There is a number of reasons why that might have happened. Please check if the code you are trying to use has any restrictions, like an expiration date or a price threshold. Also, if you decided to use our awesome Gymbag Generator to compose your set of gear (good for you btw), you can’t apply an additional discount to it.

How do I use my discount / promo code?

Nothing is better than saving money and getting nice things at the same time! To apply your discount / promo code use the specially designated window on the bottom part of the gymbag pop up, just put in the code, then hit APPLY and voila!

How many items can I select from the Gymbag generator to get a sweet discount?

Please select at least 3 items and enjoy them while saving that much needed coin.

I want a specific thing to be in my Gymbag Generator and it’s not happening…

The best way to achieve that is to use the filters and apply the ones that are applicable to the garment of your dreams. We are still improving this feature so it may not be perfect, but we piggy swear it’s temporary.

What’s the deal with this thing anyway?

Toto, we are not in a boring online shopping world anymore. We decided to add a dash of mystery and playfulness to your shopping experience with the Gymbag Generator. It is basically a slot machine that generates the selection of gear for you. First, you can apply the necessary filters, like what sport you are shopping for, or just your top or bottom size etc. Then hit the SURPRISE ME button and TA-DAH If you don’t like any options that we offered to you, you can look through the alternatives. Then select the sizes for at least 4 items that you liked and add them with a sweet 10% discount on everything! Saving money has never been so fun.

We are well aware of the impact our industry and, well, all people in fact, have on our home planet. We are doing our best to partner with brands that are real pioneers of sustainability. Going full on green is a big challenge on a business and we are hoping that as we grow, our capability to create real positive impact will grow as well. We are taking baby steps towards that goal. We see that every brand that we carry is trying to take those little steps as well by starting to introduce recycled yarns to their garments, some focus on ethical production, and some go full on ballistic and we really look up to them. Let’s not forget that we are all in this together and little by little, with each others’ encouragement and support, we will create real positive change.
